Attorney Sweigart is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

During her years of practice, Attorney Sweigart has lectured on a variety of legal topics for state-wide and national organizations, including the National Business Institute, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Northeastern PA Trial Lawyers Association, and the Luzerne County Bar Association.

Attorney Sweigart graduated cum laude from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2010 where she was named a member of the Woolsack Honor Society, which is comprised of the top ten percent of students in each graduating class. Following law school, Attorney Sweigart started her career at a regional Philadelphia law firm, eventually choosing to return to her hometown of Wilkes-Barre to practice law.

Caelie initially served as the sole appellate attorney for the Office of the Luzerne County Public Defender, eventually transitioning to a position as a full-time law clerk to a judge in the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division. During her years clerking, Attorney Sweigart developed a passion for plaintiff’s trial work and chose to re-enter private practice to focus on personal injury matters. While working for a local firm, Attorney Sweigart focused her practice on motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases, winning many favorable results for her clients both in and out of the courtroom.
