In 2019, Attorney Psaila obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, she gained invaluable courtroom experience as a paralegal at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted summary offenses and developed a comprehensive understanding of the criminal justice system.
Nicole earned her Juris Doctor degree from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2024, having pursued her studies on a part-time basis while maintaining full-time employment. She completed the program in three and a half years, ahead of the typical four-year schedule, graduating within the top 10% of her class.
Throughout her legal studies, Nicole refined her trial preparation skills through her involvement in law school mock trial teams. Additionally, Nicole acquired substantive civil litigation experience at a personal injury law firm in the Greater Philadelphia area. She was an active participant in several legal clinics, notably the Delaware Eviction Defense Project, where she advocated for tenants facing eviction and contributed to the training of fellow tenant advocates. Upon graduation, Nicole was awarded a Pro Bono Distinction in recognition of her dedication to volunteer legal services. Nicole was also awarded the Alexander V. Sarcione, Jr. Memorial Scholarship for displaying the greatest aptitude for the area of criminal law.
Today, Nicole concentrates her practice on criminal defense and civil litigation, representing clients in both state and federal courts. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
